Sino-Korean Statistical Education Institutions Cooperation Meeting Held in Beijing

According to the memorandum of understanding for cooperation signed by China and South Korea statistical education institutions in December 2007 in South Korea, the Delegation of Statistical Education headed by Mr. Sin, Sung-Woo, Statistical Training Institute, Korea National Statistical Office (KNSO) paid a visit to Statistical Education Center of NBS, on May 25-31. Ms. Zhang Guorong, Group Leader of Discipline Inspection Group of the Party Group, NBS, interviewed the Delegation on May 25.

During the meeting, Sino-Korean statistical education institutions conducted in-depth exchanges and explore on mutual interest to statisticians training, literacy training for all civilians, network resources building, and so on.

Messrs. Zhang Zhongliang, Director-General; Xia Rongpo, Deputy Director-General; Li Ganglin, Assistant Counsel, Statistical Education Center of NBS, and relevant staff, attended meeting.
