Delegation of KNSO Paid a Visit to NBS

According to statistical exchange agreement and mutually agreed arrangements for the 2008 between China and South Korea, the 15th Delegation of Economic Statistics Bureau of Korea National Statistical Office (KNSO) by Mr. LEE Tae Sung, Director General of Economic Statistics Bureau, KNSO, visited NBS on May 12-19. Mr. Xie Fuzhan, Commissioner of NBS, interviewed the Delegation.

The aim of the visit was to understand China Economic Census results and follow-up plan, the service industry statistics under the Standard Industrial Classification framework, and administrative data in the use of economic statistics. The Delegation of KNSO includes Messrs. YUN Seon Eun, Director of Service Statistical Division, KIM Dae Yoo, Deputy-Director of Service Statistical Division, JEONG Dong Wook, Deputy Director of Statistical Research Institute. Relevant staff from Department of Statistical Design and Management, Department of National Accounts, Service Survey Center, and Census Center of NBS, introduced related information to the participants during the meeting.
