The Delegation of Statistics Sweden Visited NBS

The delegation of Statistics Sweden headed by Mr. Ronnie Andersson, Director of International Consulting Office visited NBS. Mr. Xie Hongguang, Deputy Commissioner interviewed the delegation.

Mr. Ma Jingkui, Director-General of Department of Social, Science and Technology Statistics was thankful to Statistics Sweden for gave the supports and assists of China social statistics. Both sides carried through the consultation for the coming cooperation. The relevant staff from Division of Special Surveys of Department of Social, Science and Technology Statistics exchanged opinions with Sweden experts for the “2005 China Time Use Survey Report”.

The relevant staff from Department of International Cooperation attended the meeting.

As the final result of the Sino-Sweden time use statistical cooperation project, “2005 China Time Use Survey Report” was released on 27 October 2006 in Shaanxi officially, which indicated that this triennium collaborative project has been put across on schedule.
