Please read the following information carefully before you fill in the form

Payment

Registration Fee will be charged according to the participant's status as classified in the Registration Form.

Participants and their accompanying persons need to pay 150 RMB yuan each person if they have the intention to attend the opening banquet on the evening of 14 October 2008 and the Huangpu River Cruise on the evening of 16 October 2008.

The hotel room reservation will be guaranteed upon receiving your booking and payment for hotel deposit before August 14, 2008. One night room fee or all room cost will be charged as hotel deposit.

The payment should be made in RMB and payable to CICCST by the following ways:

A. Payment in Advance

1. Via Credit card:

Only Master, Visa, and American Express will be acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be increased by 4% for bank charges.

B. Payment on Site

Cash and Credit cards (Master, Visa, and American Express) are acceptable. The total amount for credit cards should be increased by 4% for bank charges.

C. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations in writing received by the Professional Conference Organizer will be accepted. Refund with remittance charge deducted will be processed after the conference. The refund policy is given as below:
