a) According to the Second China National Sample Survey on Disability in 2006, it is estimated that there are 82.96 million persons with different 
    types of disabilities in China. 
b) The scope of Rehabilitation Trainings for Children with Physical Disabilities has been adjusted. Before 2011,the index referred to the number of 
    trainings for disabled children (physical and cerebral palsy disabilities) in institutions. Since 2011, it includes the number of rehabilitation trainings 
    for children with physical disabilities in communities and families and with cerebral palsy in institutes from 2011.
c) The scope of Rehabilitation Trainings for Adults with Physical Disabilities in Communities and Families has been adjusted. Before 2011, the index 
    referred to the number of trainings for people(adults and children) with physical disabilities in communities and families. Since 2011, it only covers 
    the number of trainings for adults with physical disabilities in communities and families.
