a) From 1995 to 1996, the cut-off point of projects of investment was 50 000 yuan, except statistics on real estate,
rural collective and individual  investment; Since 1997, the cut-off point had changed from 50 000 yuan to 500 000 yuan,
except real estate, rural collective and personal investment; Since 2011, the cut-off point has changed from 500 000 yuan
to 5 million yuan, published coverage of investment in fixed assets in urban area changed into investment in fixed assets
(excluding rural households) which included investment in urban area and investment in rural enterprises(units).

b) For the convenience of comparison, relevant data of 1996 and 2010 were adjusted, data in parenthesis were original scope,
