a) Since 2001, statistical coverage of outstanding of external debts has increased the foreign financing of international trade of under 3 months.
b) In 2009, trade credit sample survey method was adjusted, outstanding of trade credit and external debts were adjusted accordingly from 2001 
    to 2008 for comparison. The same applies to the table following.
