            Expenditure of 2007/08 and 2009/10 (provisional figure) including the provision of one additional month of standard rate of CSSA payment
                 and one additional month of allowance to CSSA and SSA recipients of the year respectively.  As for the expenditure of 2008/09 including the 
                 provision of two additional months of standard rate of CSSA payment to CSSA recipients, two additional months of allowance to DA 
                 recipients, and a one-off grant of $3,000 and two additional months of allowance to OAA recipients.
