Statistics in this chapter describe activities made by real estate development companies during a given period of time, and reflect the development and purchase of land, size of investment and its progressing, funds actually available, floor space and cost of housing constructed, floor space of new housing starts, sales of commercial housing, assets and liabilities, and operation status of real estate developers during the reference period.

Data in this chapter covers all legal entities with development and operating activities engaged in real estate development.

II. Sources of Data

Data in this chapter are collected and compiled with the Statistical Reports Program on Real Estate Development, which has a full coverage of all companies.
