Average Wages for On-Duty Employees in Urban Units Kept Increasing in the First Quarter

National average wages for on-duty employees in urban units reached 4701 yuan in the first quarter, a year-on-year increase of 15.0 percent. Of which , average wages for state-owned units was 4958 yuan, up 15.5 percent; that of collective-owned units was 2775 yuan, up 15.0 percent; that of others was 4663 yuan, rose13.4 percent.
