In the first quarter of 2008, the price of investment in fixed assets rose by 8.6 percent in the first quarter. Of which, the price of construction and installation engineering increased by 12.4 percent, the price for equipment and tools purchasing increased by 0.2 percent, while the price for other related fees increased by 5.8 percent.

Among the price of construction and installation engineering, the price of material rose by 13.7 percent, the price for manpower rose by 13.5 percent, and the price for utilization of machines rose by 5.3 percent.
