Regulations on Industrial Classification
I. This regulation is established in accordance with "Classification of National Economy Industries"（GB/T4754-2002).
II. The three industries are classified as follows:
The first industry refers to agriculture, forestry, stock raising, and fishery.
The second industry refers to mining industry，manufacturing，electric undertaking, gas industry, water production and supply industry and building industry.
The third industry refers to all industries besides the first and second industries, including traffic, storage and mail business, information transfer, computer service and software industry, wholesale and retail trade，accommodation and food industry，finance industry，realty business，leasehold and business service industry，scientific research, technical service and geologic examination industry，water conservancy, environment and public facility management industry，neighborhood services and other service industry, education, sanitation, social security and social welfare industry，cultural, physical and entertainment industry，public administration and social organizations and international organizations.
III. This regulation is effective upon the day of release, and the industry classification established in 1985 is cancelled at the same time.
